After updating the support page for developers, the new
information entered by Apple offer new details on the adoption of its firmware
in the mobile arena. According to these data, 90% of devices compatible with
operating systems from Apple, are updated to iOS 7.
A minimal but important increase compared to two months ago,
where the percentages reported 87% adoption. During the last quarterly earnings
call, Apple pointed out that iOS 7 was the operating system most popular in the
world, now the sales data together with those of adoption terminals enabled
really seem to agree with the Californian company.
In recent months, expectations are focused on the next
update to iOS 8 distribution currently stops at the third beta and the final
version expected in September.
