Only ten days ago the title of Electronic Arts reached the
milestone of 16 miioni downloads. The success of Plants vs. Zombies 2 does not
stop, with the achievement during the last day of the 25 million downloads in
total from the App Store.
An average of nearly 1 million copies a day, bringing the
sequel to surpass the success of the previous title. Of course the comparison
is not fair if we consider that the first episode debuted a fee, and Plants vs
Zombies 2 has been proposed formula with free-to-play with in-app purchases. It
is expected a further boom downloads with the arrival of Android versions,
Windows 8 and Windows Phone, expected before the end of the year.
